These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Edenly™ application and related services (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Tech of Eden PBC, doing business as Tech of Eden™ (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using Edenly™, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Edenly™. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent, guardian, or church authority. By using Edenly™, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Keep your login credentials secure

• Be responsible for all activity on your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Use of Services
Edenly™ is intended to support Christian community, discipleship, and connection. You agree not to:

• Use Edenly™ for unlawful purposes

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or exploit others

• Post false, misleading, or harmful content

• Share content that is obscene, hateful, or discriminatory

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

• Attempt to access or interfere with our systems

We may remove content or restrict access if we believe these rules are violated.

4. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as messages, prayer requests, testimonies, or posts).
By submitting content, you grant Tech of Eden PBC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and use your content solely to operate and improve the Services.
You are responsible for the content you share and any consequences of sharing it.

5. Privacy
Your use of Edenly™ is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

6. AI and Automated Features
Edenly™ may provide AI-assisted features for community engagement, administration, and content discovery. These tools are designed to assist, not replace, human leadership or judgment.
AI-generated outputs are informational only and should not be considered professional, pastoral, legal, or medical advice.
Final decisions regarding counseling, discipline, or church matters remain with human leaders.

7. Payments and Donations (If Applicable)
If Edenly™ enables payments or donations:

• All payments are processed through third-party providers

• We do not store full payment card information

• Donations or payments may be subject to third-party terms

All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:

• Violate these Terms

• Misuse the Services

• Create legal or security risk

You may stop using Edenly™ at any time and request deletion of your account.

9. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and service marks (including “Tech of Eden™” and “Edenly™”) are owned by Tech of Eden PBC or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Services without written permission.

10. Third-Party Services
Edenly™ may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

11. Disclaimers
Edenly™ is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free

• Content will always be accurate

• Connections or matches will be successful

Use Edenly™ at your own discretion.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech of Eden PBC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Edenly™.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tech of Eden PBC from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• Your use of the Services

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your content or conduct

14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the Effective Date above when changes occur. Continued use of Edenly™ means you accept the updated Terms.
